my order id #1602462, i ordered for internal hard disk drive(HDD) for my computer(PC) i received used, physically damaged & refurbished HDD after 15 days.
I sent then pictures (physical damages + previous owners data present on HDD) on email which they refused to accept. Later after convincing they for 15 days they scheduled pickup & promised me it will be picked up &resolved within 7 days. Unfortunately it took 30 days to pickup the order.

after that I requested them for refund ASAP, now its almost 60 days passed no refund at all. everyday they are assuring that my refund will be done in within 24hrs. but nothing happens.

I ORDERED FOR WIRELESS MOUSE AND KEY FOR COMPUTER NINE MONTHS AGO.DUE TO DEFECT I REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUEST TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND REGISTEREING ONLINE COMPLAINTS. NO REPLAEMENT IS MADE YET.EVERY TIME CCC INFORMS THAT REPLACEMENT WILL BE DONE IN TWO DAYS BUT NOT YET REPLACED

The product of the bottom is pend that's why i cant insert the bottom push and the needle is to sort also. More than 12 days over nobody there not picking the product for replacement. Kindly advise your delivery person to pick the product immediately I hope you may consider my request.

Razorpay Payment Id:pay_IqMsbRj2L63y68 Through net banking I paid the money then they gave order ID #1377626. Till now there is no delivery, now they are telling they will refund the amount 20 - 5 - 2022, Fully cheating company, till now they are holding my money Rs 10849 for that they should pay the interest because of this I suffered a lot, kindly arrange the payment and not allow this cheating website www.vlebazaar.in.

I cancel my order but not any response this product. I paid 3994 rupees. Customer care is not call attended.

I have placed an order for Epson Colour printer. When received the parcel, I opened it and shocked. Because the sent to me used products (the products was already used by someone). Further user manual and warranty card are also not available in the box.. The same was immediately informed to the customer care. After hearing my problems, they disconnect my phone.

ordered product online in Vlebazaar.in web site on 17/08/2021. They are not delivering product and even they are not refund my money.

Received a damaged product and after placing a return request, there is no response for more than 2 months.
Also once, their customer service had asked for credit card number with expiry date etc..
There is some fradulent behaviour i can sense

i called several time to customer care but no response they are not ready to help .
so request them to refund me the amount they finally sent me a mail saying on the 25 of July 2021 you will get the credit on your account but i haven't received any refund .

today is 27th and still they were saying yoiu will get your refund on 11th of august 2021
