Ordered a shirt from the online portal woeca.in
But they sent a wrong shirt.
Since their policy says no refund I returnedvthe first product with my money and ordered one more product, but its one of the worst quality one can get
Now after 35 e mail follow ups they have confirmed they can't exchange or refund the money and want me to keep the product what ever they have sent.
It brought me utmost disappointment to receive such substandard level services from this company. In a world where the demands of the consumer are of utmost value, this company has failed to uphold the same. Fooling and tricking them and not guaranteeing them something that they are rightful of is not appreciated. I demand strict actions against them so that no other consumers are pulled into such fraudulent policies.
The company received money and did not ship the product requested . Please stay alert!
The company sells men and women ‘S apparel’s but deals in inferior products
I Ordered two shirts from the WOECA and both were wrong products that was delivered. I had to do the return courier that costed my 300 which i paid for the mistake that they did. Now after retuning the product neither i have got a refund nor i have any credits.
I have mailed them 4 time asking for refund and they keep sending automated response that you will get a wallet credit not acknowledging the fact the they are hurting their reputation. I now doubt if this company is even a legitimate. I have my doubts. This is fake and Neha who is keeps responding those automated response i don't even know if that's her real name.
There are so many complaints i see in this website against this company hope some action is taken
Woeca is an online clothing site where i have recieved a wrong product two times and i have been emailing customer care to Neha sharma and Vrushali Desai both are fraud ladies , they are not ready to accept their mistake. I am very much disappointed by their customer service as the second time I have received the wrong product that is not the order I have placed. Now they have asked me to keep that unsalable product .
I came to know that they have cheated so many people like this and their policies are not good. A strong legal action should be taken against them to avoid loss of other people.
I kindly request all the customers not to buy any kind of product from such a fraud company.

I ordered a shirt which is not fit to me. My order No WOC8817. When wrote for replacement they told that I have to Courior myself and charges will also not be refundable. Its very inconvenient. If we would have time for courior etc why should have ordered online. Why not to buy from the showrooms. Other online sits arrange for self pic. I am not going to order to this company in future. And also recommend the prospective customers not to buy any product of it.
Woeca is an online clothing site where i have recieved a wrong product and i have been emailing customer care to ms Neha sharma and being companys fault they are not ready to accept their mistake.Im being told by Ms Neha from customer care to return the product on some address as the company doesnt have policy of picking up and getting me my actual product.This is call cheating .After paying a huge alount of 2910 jow i have to bare the courier charges to return the product and the money wont get refunded in my account.If the company doesn’t have the product why they are putting ads of it.

Sir i have order product from this WOECA co and later product was not according to specifications and return it through Currier and they msg me that we can not return the refund and will transfer in in " Purnoss wallet and i received msg that your 1229 rs transfer to this wallet
And msg was hello your wallet loaded with 1269 and you can use it in your purchase on website http://www.purnoss.com/
Please help me out for refund they contact us on fb messenger and now they delete all chats automatically and i dont have any chat to show this all happen in 1 st week of jan 2020
