I have placed order on Oct 14th, 2019. There is no update on my order.
Trying to reach out on contact no.
Phone no is coming switch off.
No reply on emails.
Simply taking money and not giving any product.
Please do not buy anything from this fraud company.
I ordered on 9th Oct for 1700 and waited till 20th Oct. After that I checked on the google for the reviews and i found it is a fraud and there were many complaints raised against it as cyber complaints but there were no complaints which i found as solved.
Can anyone tell me how to seriously complaint about this type of websites?
First of all this company is not informing whether your product is available or out of stock. simply placing the orders and taking the money.
After not getting the product on time when calling to customer care they are updating its out of stock and not refunding the amount asking for unnecessary details.
I have ordered clothes worth rupees 1479 and my order number is 30703. I haven't received the clothes. The given delivery guys number is switched off and they are not responding to email.
I placed an order on 17/10/2019 and after the confirmation SMS and email, I received no intimation regarding the same. The number they gave is switched off and their website isn't working. When I dialed their other number, they said that the order is cancelled and that they'd refund through Google Pay or PhonePe. I demanded a refund through the netbanking and then they ended the call. Please beware of this website.
This is one of the third class site which i had ever seen firstly they r taking order by account and they r saying govt. Account will not work they need private banks account.. this is my humble request to all the girls and womens that ple do not buy any profuct from this site...this is purely fake site ..i had ordered one kurtie which is not delevered ..and money is also not refunded .....customer care people are also fake they r saying we will not return ur money till 4 yr... we r having ur bank account number ...very bad site
I have ordered a top on October 3rd .Its order number is 16326. I didn't receive my order yet. They didn't even reply for any of my mails. The number they have provided is switched off. It's a fake company pls don't trust them .
I placed an order on 6 Oct order no.#20674, but till now I hv not received the order no information after the order confirmation SMS.

I have canceled my order of 2kurthis worth 737 with this womencloth studio on 9th Oct.They said it will take 10days to refund the money.Now they did not refund and not even replying to my mails.
This site is fraud, I see this advertisement on FB and find it nice and reasonable so order some stuff rs.1069 by online payment. Aftertat they don even msg or respond by the date of delivery as which was on 21oct19 so I called them on there Google pe jo Diya he that no. So they asked me for all my order details n card by which I made payment and they even deducted Rs.3000/- from my account before I change my upi pin so I have lost total rs 4069/- please take my complaint n help me get it back please

They are not receiving calls and not even reply on email fraud company if I search number from google they asking for card details I denied they go and complain anywhere we dnt care.
Ordered one the 2nd of October 2019, it’s 22nd October today and no signs of the package. No email id to contact or number on the site. How do I get a refund if I can or have I just been scammed???
I placed an order of Rs. 775 on 2/10/2019. I received a confirmation email from them and a text message with a phone number and email address. Delivery was to happen today (21/10/2019). Sent an email yesterday and nobody responded. Called on the number provided and the number is switched off.

The order was placed on 1st of October... But haven't heard anything yet.
I have placed order online from womenclothestuduo which was on FB. Payment was done online through credit card till now I haven't recieved my product also there is not contact number to reach company.
I find it on FB and found good reviews also online. So I decided to get few products. I selected 3 products costing 1800 rs. While payment they didn't have COD option so I paid through credit card. I get order confirmation mail but no delivery, tracking details mentioned on that. I waited for 3,4 days but no response. So I checked the contact details but to my surprise no contact details available on site. Only icons were there. I checked the return tab that also had no clicking option. I got its not right. I checked Google for some no and got one no+916291835286.
Someone picked up and agreed for the site connection so I asked them to share the status. They said server is down. So asking the details. After few details I doubted that they should have these details n he was not professional. I asked the centre location he said Gujrat. I asked to refund the money he said it will be done after 1 hr and then he will send one link for new ordering. He called after some time and asked for Google pay or other online apps. I told him to refund through credit card so he asked the debit card details. I told him that shd not be required so he said rudely to hang up. I called him again and asked to send a cheque he denied and again abused me. This no is still running and it sounded like bengal announcement but he seems North Indian. Plz guide and help me. I have the call records.
