I had ordered a pair of men’s stretch knit blank tee with size M. I was expecting a basic 100% cotton white tee, but instead, I received an entire different garment. I have tried to get a refund and a replacement and still no prompt. I must say that I am looking for seamless customer support but its simply none so far.
My order number is #8923456. I sent the correct picture of the wrong item in your WhatsApp support, and the text replies have been vague, no call for me.e. Short response: 'we will process your refund soon'. This promise hasn't gotten even an update; I got a mere text for a confirmation that they are 'processing', no more.
The time taken is already more than 20+ business days since I first made the order on Aug 16th 2024. I keep telling the back office for the refund of 1599 INR but no figure has come. Wrogn claimed it is getting refund with two days, but it still not show in my account. The product was found wrong, user receipt was not in easy to read. I need to
get a refund and a replacement or else I will consider other influencers. I am not expecting a fair deal. This is an unacceptable delay. I have read the policy and i found an article for returns but since no one responded, I get more inconveniences.
Please do expedite the refund to my net banking account or PayTM.
