Give the wrong order
I have ordered for 2 kurtis but I recieved an old saree....please refund me or provide the product which i have ordered....
I have ordered two kurtis and they delivered 100 rupres saree. When I called on customer care of zallora he asked me upi details and deducted from. My account.... I have done recording and after that checked no records was there... This is very big gang who is. Doing all this fraud.
Fake website and no customer care no. Even contact no given in the parcel is false. I want to complain for this.
I Have order one Kurti but they send the wrong item ( Saari very low cost).
and now in there site no phone number available & also return facility not available.
Please return my Money.
I have ordered combo pack of kurtis but instead of that i received a cheap and very worse saree. Please give me refund

I paid 790rs .. couldn't contact the number which has been provided to us .. worst customer service I have seen as of now... atleast a online customer service support Shou be available.. very worst online shopping site I have seen so far...
