zaraundi.in- Not allow to refund my gift voucher

Dear sir, I have got gift voucher coupon of zaraundi.in for purchase i reedem the cupon and not allow to buy. Due to my mail ID is wrongly capture. When I raised request in c.c. executive he was guide me for open new account and send my I'd proof which is send before 15 days and still i am not getting my voucher and not allow to purchase. Every time your c.c. executive said wait for 24 hours . After 20 days query not resolved.very bad experience. I have also submitted old and new detail of mail I'd and mb no. And also attached print screen which received call from c.c executive but without resolve call cut and not given any information for this.very poor service Kavita dhameliya 9898649909
