Zepto Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
I placed an order on Zepto for an Intex 10000 mAh 22W Power Bank (Black, Lithium Polymer, Fast Charging) with Order ID: NTHIPBBSE80005. The product was delivered to me, but upon opening, I found that it was defective and not functioning at all.
I immediately contacted Zepto support and shared my concerns through email. They asked for my order ID, which I promptly provided. However, even after repeated follow-ups and providing all necessary details (including photos), I have not received any resolution. It has been several days since my last email, and there has been no response, replacement, or refund from their side.
This kind of delay and lack of customer support is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting immediate action to:
Either replace the defective product
Or initiate a full refund of ₹411
I am attaching proof of the product, email communications, and the invoice. Kindly take necessary action against Zepto and help resolve this issue.
