I I ordered an Anarkali set for Rs 699 from a website called phen-nava.
And when the order arrived two days later, a piece of a dirty market kurti came out in it, which would be barely 200 rupees.When I emailed them, there was no respons.
I notice when I opened the website that is it always going to end their sale in one and half hour,whether it is open after 2 days or after 5 days, it shows that they fool people. And I also asked the delivery boy, but no answer came from this, it is clear that all are involved in that they are fooling people. ( Delivery boy phn no. From That I got a call for payment and whom I paid for delivery - 7728018957)
In the future, it should not happen to anyone else, so the truth of such websites should be discussed before everyone and they should also be punishe.
I received a call from random number 8577997679 and asked me for booking the mobile and gave assurance of replacement near by service center . when the parcel get delivered to my post office village. the courier boy and post master warned me that it may be empty but i took risk and the same was happened .the box was empty ,only heavy boxes were inside parcel. when i called them they told me that they are sending their agent by 5pm. but i did not happen. i was totally helpless. Is there any way that i can get my payment back

For my order number mentioned above, I called 9631701548 and I felt like its a fraud through the steps this person was asking me to do. Basically driving me to make a new payment of 19091 when it was the insufficient balance he said you need to put different code eg 4309 and enter UPI id and proceed. When I asked for his number and details he disconnected the phone and looked highly unprofessional to me.
