ordered a shoes online from a website called myshopify and received a delivery from ekart and got a local product and not what i have orderd. and there was no customer complaint number on the website .
I have order a smart watch of rupees 1999,but they delivered a wrong product(eye creams). Order Id is:- 4525264374FEU.
The product is not working and no juice is getting extracted and I want to return the product. There is no customer care number available nor any website.
