AceDeals Club fabrixxe@gmail.com via shopify.com, i have bought GT-L10 Roader Shoes, by paying Rs. 724/- through netbanking (Order No. 7298). Earlier, I could view the website and got the message that Order no. 7298 is confirmed and is getting prepared. However, the shoes were not delivered to me for more than 2 (two) months, I started writing emails to find out the status of my order and every time I have got a computerised reply siting reasons of lockdown.
Today, I happened to call up on +918389981192 (customer care number) and the person on the call informed me "THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY DELIVERY BOY". When asked what right does the delivery boy has to cancel the order, there was no reply and I was told that the money would be refunded. That guy kept asking me about the Bank through which i had paid the money, that's when I told him he has to have all the details and he better checks it at his end, instead of asking me for the bank details. Now after writing to me for about 4 months that my shoes would be delivered, today i am informed that the money would be refunded to me (by when no one knows).
I am not agreeable to this reply and I will definitely put this up on the social media and warn people about the fraud being committed. I will also approach consumer court and take appropriate action because unless we take any action against these fraudsters, next time hopefully they should think twice before cheating anyone.
I also need to know the shoes purchased by me are of NIKE, so is NIKE too involved in such frauds?
I am very clear I need the same shoes (as shown in the order summary) to be delivered at my addressed latest till this weekend, else, be prepared for the action, both civil and criminal at your own risks.
