I booked a Banquet Hall at RADISSON Sohna Road GURUGRAM for a marriage function of my son on 22-11-2020 and an advance of Rs 40000/-, 30000/- and 30000/- totalling Rs one lac only on 12th August 2020.
But one of the members of our family became Corona positive and our entire family was quarantined when a few days were left for the function and we were forced to cancel the function on 22nd Nov. Accordingly I informed vide my mail dated 15.11.2020 one week before the function and request them to refund my advance Rs. one lac as the circumstances were beyond our control but they are refusing by giving one reason or the other.
I humbly request to order the HOTEL RADISSON to refund my hard earned money with interest and compensation of one lac for mental agony to me and my family.I am a retired person of 64 years plus that too with the tension of CORONA affected family.

A BIKRAM JIT BANSAL ( 256212223 ) in Service Centre /Branch Office Khanna District Ludhiana Punjab It is brought in your kind notice that SAHARA INDIA had Deducted TDS from my incentives in FY 2014-15, Rs.2162/- and in FY2015-16, Rs. 31/- but had not been Deposited in the Accounts of INCOMETAX DEPARTMENT OF INDIA till today. On the other hand I had accounted for all the income from incentives from Sahara Office in my I. T returns of the said years and paid the Tax as applicable then. No TDS certificate was issued then which is mandatory to issue upto 31st of May every year. Kindly Check the irregularity committed by Sahara India Office and to refund the same to me at the earliest. It is also informed that I am a SENIOR CITIZEN OF 71 YEARS AND RETIRED PERSON WITH LIMITED SOURCES OF INCOME.

On request the Khanna office raised demand which was sanctioned by head office but the payment was mever released to me till today. I have made requests to B. M. SAHARA KHANNA LDH. by Registered letters no. EP480953083IN dt. 25.4.2018 COPY of the same to Regional Office at Ludhiana by Registered letter no. RP747649897IN dt. 27.4.2018.Till today no reply received nor the payment was released to me. Kindly help me to get my payment with upto date Interest at the earliest possible. Rs. 15000/- were deposited as FD for 18months on 18.01.2016 in "F2 SAHARA A-SELECT" which was matured on 18.07.2017 even if demand for Funds was raised by Khanna office and I came to know the same were allowed for payment but no payment was made to me so far.
