I purchased a kurti set from their online app kajal kurti as COD, I received the product on 31st august 2020.
The product was not as expected, so I was trying to return.
1st the contact no. Which mentioned on their app was not easily connected. And they rarely reply on what's app.
after long time of follow up I got connected with them, they told me that the reverse courier facility is not available in my area, so I will arrange it on behalf of myself.
I did the same whatever they told me I did speed post of the product to provided address by them which is in surat.
They received my returned packet and when I asked them that when will I get my refund, they told me that the refund amount will reflect on app in wallet and I will be able to transfer the amount from the wallet to my bank account.
When my refund amount is reflected in their app in wallet, I try to transfer it my bank account. I provide all the detail of my bank account but the refund is not transfer in my account.
They told me that wait for 3 4 days. I do the same but till now I didn't get my refund back.
Now the problem is their contact no. has been switched off, their app has been not working, their facebook page has been not working.
I think they have shuttered down their business
How can I get my money back?
Ordered a dress from this site . delivered but totally different from what was shown in the picture and not true to the size..before ordering they had active response on instagram page saying they accept return snd there is refund. Now I have written several emails to which they have replied to one or two saying they will refund to wallet and need to self courier. They didn't inform this before ordering. And they provided a number which does not work .they asked to contact them on the number but either it is not reachable or won't answer. Tired several times .this is a fake site.cheated on a huge money Kindly address as soon as possible please. They post their own good reviews on their site .we are not able to post .it does not show .it is a fraud site . Cannot courier the product with no guarantee from them.

they are sending profiles of boys and girls for marriage and asking money to do registration. after sending money they just got disappear. A big fraud is involved please look into this matter. Many complaint already registered.

They offered me job for online work from home and they had signed an type of aggrement using my Aadhar card and email and mobile no. and now they asking to pay their money according to aggrement
At the fist day of their job started i had told the to vancel that aggrement but they ignored my emails and what's app messages and also phone calls and now they called me by a different no. And asking me to pay their money. According to aggrement they will give me 30000 for 10 days of form filling of 1200 forms in which i have to complete at least 90% correct forms within 10 days either i will be payable them their penalty of 7000 and bt their site stopped working from fist after signing the aggrement and then i had makes a lot of phonecalls and emails but their is no any type of replies therefore i had decide to quit this work and i had also emailed to cancellation of the aggrement but their is no reply come from any of the email and now they calling me to pay the amount either they will take legal action against me.
My husband Late sh. B.L.VERMA died on 13/3/2020 his PPO NO. IS UP/LKO/10724. My family pension has started wef June 2020 and pension since 14/3/20 to 5/2020 have been paid/credited in my husband account no. 3926000100027486. The same may be credited to my account no. 3926000100204499 in which the pension is being credited.
The EPF has not paid the CAPITAL Value to me after death of my husband late sh. Bharti Lal Verma.
It's requested to kindly pay the CAPITAL Value and family pension for the period 14/3/20 to May 2020.

Paid Rs. 2296/- to The Destiny Shop via Razorpay, pay_FeNIQVMfXkbUnT made on 18-Sept-2020 for online apparel purchase. According to their T&C I cancelled my order within 24 hours, since they only have an email id as contact detail help@thedestinyshop.com, I did it twice by sending 2 emails stating my order cancellation and asking them to refund my money. They're not responding to my emails but stating their own ideas. I found that to be very unusual and was all the more convinced that I do not want to have anything to do with them but want my money back. The Destiny Shop ORDER #TD1513, I regretted having transacted with an unprofessional merchant who was unconcerned about the customers queries. The ticket reference for my reporting fraud to Razorpay was #4417658.
Request my problem to be sorted out at the earliest and my amount be refunded.
