We have no way to get updated on the product delivery status and there is no feedback from the seller. Recently I saw many people ordered products but have never received the products.
Kindly help us in getting refund of the amount paid.
I did recharge my dish TV on 15.06.2020 for Rs. 765/- for 70 days vide txn no. 016703785062. Unfortunately, I deemed that this payment has not got succeed as no message for successful payment was received in my phone. So, I did 2nd attempt to recharge the same vide txn no. 016750001744 .After a fraction of minutes, I received a message for successful payments of both transactions. On that very day, I took up the matter with Customer care center and customer care center told me that there is nothing to fear and your dish TV will automatically be continued after expiry of value of 1st recharge i.e on 23.08.2020. Please regulate the services promptly after verification.
