I recharged with Rs 150/_ but only one channel i.e. 899 is working after that. When I request to D2H customer service, they said engineer will visit n tell the problem. They infact told me you might using old set top box. So, by their mean there should not be reflected any channel, but 899 channel is clearly working. It means that they are trying to earn extra money by showing technical error.
If there would be as such problem persists i.e. Outdated Set Top Box, then there should not be showing any channel but 899 channel clearly working. It means they are trying to befool general public as everytime engineer come n d2h company earn profit like this.
I request you to kindly look into the matter n provide me justice.

Order cancelled from bata ends due to quality check issue. Raised refund request on 6th August complaint no 1887365. Still waiting for refund or an update about tha same. Called customer service many times also did mail on tha same on in- customer.service & on customer.escalation but not getting any proper response from any where.Hoping to here you soon from you with an update on tha same.
Bata customer care services are pathetic & time consuming. So it affected me by making me frustrated. Customer care employees have no information about any thing even thay are not willing to solve it. They only repeat same lines again and again until customer cut the phone line with dissatisfaction or frustation. It's been almost 20 days & my problem not solved.
Initiate my refund of rs. 888 as soon as possible. Please make your customers services customer friendly also if somebody try to connect with you by mail please respond on tha same.
