On 16 July , I applied the job of data typing .
I got a phone call from their employee from
6359569909 number . He told me about job .
I asked him is there any need of payment or registration fee then he told me don't worry there is no need of payment . He told me to send adhar card then I send my own adhar card then he told me that I m 18 and we need 18+ . Then he told me can u show me ur mom adhar card then I show him he told me to wait and just to signature on agrimemt and also told me to just signature of my mom then I told him why I need to signature he told me that it's ok it's just formality then I signatured .
When I got the papers from company I call him and said there is written about the payment then he told don't worry u start form filling and complete the order in 10 days then I call the company and tell them all that happened with me . They make it's my fault and told me to do work . Our employee had told u everything .
Then I filled all the forms and submit them on given date but after one day they told me that u r not able to fill forms correctly and charges me 78000 and told me that if I will not pay this then they will put case and I m in depression now.
Please help me I have no money . I will commit suicide . Please help me .

Saffola honey was delivered with no honey in it. The jar was found to be opened as the aluminium foil was in torn condition. Some quantity was taken and balance was left inside. By the time it got delivered remaining honey was drained off inside the package in which other items ie books, pens and Ariel liquid detergent wére there and honey was spread on all these items

I have got a message from the following some person under Air Asia airlines that they are taking interview for the following posts and that too due to this covid-19 pandemic for the arrangement of the interview they have asked me to pay a refundable amount of about 9800 + 18% GST and they said that i will be getting my interview admit card and gate pass through speed post. And now the number which they have provided is in switch off state for the past 5 days. Everything was perfect and same as air Asia air lines interview call fair. That made me fool out of it. And the particular are Senior Hr manager Air Asia airlines Bangalore branch. And the number which have been provided is +91 7466892024. This was the number which I got call from. And please get me an answer for this and I need a correct action for this. Total amount made to the account was ?21, 364. This is for only attending the interview. And the bank details which have been provided to credit the amount was, Account No:-1210104000043829. IFSC code :- IBKL0001210 and recipient name used was Air Asia Limited. This is the information that am providing which I have got fooled out of. Kindly check to that no one should get fooled out of it

I order a Combo of shirt from bindani but the quality of the product wasn't upto to the mark, and I didn't expected that in such a way. So I applied for refund but the seller rejected my request. now nor he is returning neither he is refunding the amount. I no more want to make a deal with the retailer.
So I request you to kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

10/5/2019 - I purchased a Honda Jazz car from a dealer by paying the necessary amount. The car's insurance was valid till 22/9/2019.

24/9/2019 - I contacted my ICICI bank Relationship Banker (As my salary account was with ICICI bank)to transfer the car's insurance in my name and also transfer the insurance to ICICI Lombard from HDFC ergo(Previous owner's insurance). On request from relationship banker, i shared the previous insurance copy which was owned by previous car owner. Mail copy attached.

26/9/2019 - My Relationship Banker responded to my email with the premium amount after verifying the previous insurance copy and informed me that someone from ICICI Lombard will get in touch with me to take it forward.

10/10/2019 - ICICI Lombard representative calls me to take forward my payment for the insurance. The representative pings me in whatsapp and asks for the previous insurance copy along with rest of the details. I provided him all the details. After collecting all the details the person arranges for a vehicle verification. Copy of the whatsapp conversation is attached.

11/10/2019 - Vehicle inspection done and i informed to the ICICI Lombard representative through whatsapp.

12/10/2019 - ICICI Lombard representative informs me that a verification will be done where he will ask few questions. He does the same and sends me the payment link. I make the payment and receives the insurance policy. Details of the chat and information shared with the representative is attached.

7/5/2020 - I raise claim#MOT09877573 for repair of my car.

20/5/2020 - Surveyor asks me about my previous insurance copy and after receiving my copy puts my claim on hold stating i am not supposed to get NCB(No claim bonus) being the new owner of the car but still i availed the discount. I informed the surveyor that while taking the insurance i have shared all the details(including the previous insurance copy where previous owner name is mentioned) with the ICICI Lombard representative and he is supposed to verify all the details before giving me NCB as i am not aware under which all circumstances NCB can be given

26/5/2020 - After lot of discussions with customer care representative, I went to ICICI Lomabrd office and discussed about this issue. I updated them "if i am not eligible for NCB discount then let me know the amount and i will pay it upfront to make the policy rite even though it was not my mistake. I accepted the policy after providing all the details to the ICICI Lombard representative and as per policy its there responsibility to verify the details and provide the policy." I made the NCB payment of 3190 at ICICI Lombard office and informed the surveyor.

30/5/2020 - The Surveyor gives work order to the Garage person where my car was placed for repair.

12/6/2020 - I received my car after repair and informed surveyor to process my reimbursement claim. I made full payment of 28,000 to the Garage hoping my claim will be approved after deducting small amount which am not eligible for.

18/6/2020 - The surveyor informs me that he will approve only 11,772 as i availed
NCB benefits while giving the wrong details intentionally. I updated him again that am not aware of the insurance guidelines on when and how NCB benefits are given. As a customer i shared all the details which the insurance executives asked for and i didn't hide any information with me. Still the surveyor didn't agree and told me he can't do anything now and i need to get a written email from the person who gave me the policy stating that he did the mistake and then they can make an exception to make the full payment.

Till then i have reached out to many forums of ICICI Lombard but no one helped me and they keep on saying i am supposed to say upfront while buying insurance that its a second hand vehicle and they are not liable to verify the details and i have to accept whatever claims team is giving me.

7/7/2020 - I raised a IRDAI grievances 07-20-003230 and its been 21 days i diin't receive any response yet.

1 month ago i bought a fridge from malad link road branch croma , But after a month my fridge is not working All my foods & vegetable is spoiled For the last 4 days I am upset I am not getting any support from Croma and from the liebherr company . I received one without proper items to assemble it... And that too in bad and tornished and shape...
2. Even wen i accept the tornished shape,, there is no way to adsemble the bench with missing parts..
3. Pl advice.. Or sorry... But i m moving to consumer court...

First they have not asked any registration fees.the counsellor behaved very badly and i mailed to that company that i dont want to continue kindly cancel my registration but advocate called me and if u want to skip out then pay 11800 otherwise we will start court process.now wht should i do??

Complaint is against D. M. Dhadhi (Proprietor), they are have taken payment and not ready to deliver and received a confirmation stating that they will refund however they have not yet processed the refund.
They dont take our call and respond to the mails.

Hey flipkart,
I booked kitchen utensil rack on 6th june 2020. And i received it on 13th june 2020. I wasn't satisfied with the product,so i decided to return the product and i returned it, my product pick up on 16th june 2020, The delivery boy checked my product completely.it was quite good condition and next day i received a message that my product was mismatched and my returned cancel and i contact flipkart service center,there was no one who helped me and i was complain on my product,but no one helped my problem and still my money not returned. The boy we brought the parcel was given to my apartment watchman and he handed over to me. I observed the packing was broken and the Tab inside the box was used product and which is not asper the original order. So I request you to please send correct ordered product

At time of purchase giving big promises that goods we ordered will deliver on time this n that. But after a month also you people are not responsible for sending the goods that i have purchased.

You guys will never get any money, you business will never flourish you all cheaters and frauds
