I have order 2 TB external storage device of WD on 17Jul 20. and they sent the item on 19 Jul 20. after use the said storage device had capacity of 242 GB only. After that i contacted Amozon coustemer care on 19 Jul 20 and they transferred my call to there technical team, There, they told me to send photos of storage device for further rectification of my complaint and assured me ,after rectification they will call me back. on Fifth day i call them back. There Amozon technical team told me ,"They check my complaint and they have proof, that they've send correct item to me. and further they suggested me to written complain i should make for further.

There is this online clothing company T-Kameez. I ordered a couple of T-shirts from this company's website but they sent some.other t-shirts which I had not ordered...This company is in habit of sending wrong products to the customers and is a repeat offender..
Their customer care number doesnt work and they take ages in replying over mail..
It's clear this company is a fraud and should be penalized and banned for duping the customers..
