My name is Ashwini and my order no. is B19012. I had ordered for Tribal print top for Rs. 1,200 (COD) however have received a wrong product.
Trying to reach the customer care no. The no seems to be a wrong no. Have dropped several emails and have not received any response since a week.
There is no correct process for return or proper customer service contact information.
Please help.

I didn't receive what i ordered from this site... instead got a useless material..
Paid 1200 for the product and got some cheap quality product.. and when i tried contacting them, then the number on site is always switched off, no response of mails snd complaints.
When I trying to return a product brought by them,they withdrawal Rs 5000 from my account

I'm really very unhappy with this site.i ordered flirty white colour rabbit printed pocket shirt with full sleeves. And you have sent met me totally totally different kurti. And I have done so much emails and called you, on you have given your mobile number on your site but there was no reply. :(((((
I ordered one long shirt and one top and they delivered unstitched suit material.
They show a different image and send something cheap like a 100 rupee stuff.
I ordered a Green kurta and got something in flashy pink and not worth rs 100.
The numbers don't work.
Please don't purchase from here.
The items for which I placed order(2 Western tops) have not been received by me instead I have received some useless material.
I was ordered. 2 Kurtis but when I received parcel and I saw there was not those Kurtis which I was ordered... I really disappointed
I ordered one ladies western wear from blitzfab. But they sent me a completely different product. I called their customer care. They said sorry and told me it will be picked up and they will refund my money now. They sent me a link and a google form asking my bank details. After clicking on the link and submitting that google form I saw all my money has been debited from my bank account and refund was not made. It was very surprising. I called their customer care no. Again but it was coming busy. They have taken all my money by FRAUD. BEWARE OF BLITZFAB
I ordered 4 items, and paid money on COD, but when I opened, old kurta set was inside the sealed package, I want to call the number they gave, but it was switched off
I have ordered pink kurta which was about 1199 of cost and they have delivered 3rd class stuff which hardly cost of 200. Kindly take your stuff back and return the money or I'll put you behind the bars.
I recived wrong order which is a purple colored short sleeved collared top worth 699 whereas i orderd a print long serve lapel plus size top-Xl/blue-1-Wg05-blue worth 1199

This is in concern with the order number B17690 placed at blitzfab.in
I had ordered for a white cat print shirt and a geometric print dress instead of it i have just got a random piece of fabric.
There is no response from their end on mail or on social media platform. The contact number mentioned on their website is continuously switched off.
Order number B18080. Wrong item sent. Had to pay COD and then when I opened the packet I saw that a completely different item had been sent to me. I have sent a message on their website, I have sent an email regarding a refund and I have tried calling them on the number listed on the website but I haven't been able to contact them nor have I heard back from them.
They are fraud company sending wrong products...I just can't believe how they're doing this openly.. please take action as soon as possible.. Very disappointed
I ordered a clothing item with Blitzfab and paid Rs.1099 as Cash on Delivery.
The item is wrong color/size/design.
They are NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS for return of product.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM. Thank you.
I order pretty white colored plan Rubi silk cotton shirt but Company send me wrong shirt
My order no is B16780. I ordered for striped print stand collar long sleeves cotton flex women western style top and I received without color Indian printed kurti.
They advertise about a product and send you just a piece of cloth which is just a cheap one . They promote good looking clothes on social media and then send just a piece of cloth which is just a cloth . Not at all relating to what we order from their website . And they do t revert on their emails and phone
I ordered black top N sent by u cream
I was first delivered a wrong product. When called them up the number mentioned was not reachable. Then got a number of another person. I called him up and he then said that we should Google pay him 10 rs and we didn't understand the reason why first. Later he said that he'll raise the complaint through some links which he sent us and asked to send that link on some particular number given by him.. On doing the same he asked which bank is our Google pay link attached to. He later tried taking all the information related to Google pay and bank account details. On refusing to give the details he cut the phone and asked me not to call again. This is pure fraud he was trying to do through Google pay.
I had received the product wch was costing rs 3500 worth and had 100rs off for the first order.
I din get any off and had to cal customer care for dat bt the number was switched off.
And I got the other number 8777804649 he used such a abusive language and made so bad comments like bosudi kamine etc etc. Aftr hearing all dis I din feel like buying the product.
Am so safe else I would have wasted the entire amount and buying product from such a ppl was not worth of it.

My order B16253 of 4 Pieces Top Blouse was not delivered to me. I have paid COD charges of 4,696 . But the product I got was not I have ordered. I rang up the phone numbers but there was no reply. I wrote complain in your mail I’d order.blitzfab@gmail.com but there was no reply. I want my refund as I have lost faith in your company. You seem to be a dubious company.

Today morning I received the product but it was not the same as what I had ordered for. Even though the details on the packet are same as what I had ordered but inside the packet it was a different product.Despite that talking on the customer care number was useless ...The person handling the phone was very rude...First ask your staff to be polite with the customers..My order number is B 15627..Let me know what can be done into the matter.
My order no . Is B15964. They send the product very bad . Totally different pieces delivered ..on courier upper part it's written over there ri8 name of products which I ordered but inside there is rubbish product..I trying to call them, after so many time one customer executive pick up call and after oL conversation he is saying to share UPI of Google pay with bank detail then only they will refund.. I M NOT NONSENSE THAT I SHARE UPI WITH U,AND MAKE A ROAD FR U TO CLEAR ALL MONEY FRM MY ACCOUNT ...I TELL THESE THINGS TO THAT EXECUTIVE AND HE TOLD ME THEN DO WHATEVER U WANT U VL NT GET REFUND
