The order sent to me is wrong. I had ordered for a Floral Print Patchwork Irregular Plus Size Casual T-shirt × 1 L / Green whereas I have received a blue colour skirt /pant (whatever) The description on the envelope is correct but the product inside is different
How can a order go so wrong?

We have ordered for kurti, order no B7605, ITQC4000263552. FOR RS 1249.00 (COD) .THE product which we ordered is not the one .so kindly refund the product.
I ordered for a western top and paid 1200. I recd a cheap salwar suit material instead. Judging from the complaints this is a bogus and fraud company. People should not buy anything from them as they are cheats
Against my order no B8108 for one tribal print crew neck long sleeve COTTON FLEX WOMEN WESTERN TOP -- Af022, an ordinary kurti pazama cutpiece of Swiss cotton was delivered yesterday. Please replace the same with the original item ordered for immediately. Let me know when and how you are going to replace the same at my registered email/mobile.

I ordered one top online Last week and I got a call after 3 days one women asked about to deliver the product I said yes and after 4 days I got product and when I opened I find that this product is not that which I ordered and since 3 days I called on customer care and no one is picking my call

This looks like a scam. My complaint is exactly what has has been mentioned in all the complaints below. All products delivered are wrong, one product is less and the number on the website is not reachable.

I had ordered 3 long shirts instead received cheap material dress. As it was COD I have made full payment for my order without checking the package. Now no one is responding nor picking up the customer care phone

I have received a wrong product, kindly guide me to the process of return and refund. I need refund immediately. I ordered western Kurta for worth of 1199 but have received a Indian kurti of bad quality, there is no match if the product.Highly disappointed.Pleaee call back!
I have paid in full for a delivery of the following: SKU: AF018-XL-1- Z003_White-XL; Z002_Navy Blue- XL. Only one was delivered and that too the wrong design and colour.
I had ordered two western garments by COD. Received the garment and paid money to courier.
