recently bought a saree from fashionbip but the sent me a different product.. nd its clearly written in their return policy that they refund money through paytm wallet but the costumer care is refusing to refund money through paytm nd even asking for my bank account details
fashionbip.com is a fake site. Serious action should be taken over this site owner. All the amount should be refund to relevant person. This site should get down /close.
I ordered yellow & blue color saree but received very cheap product . I have paid Rs682 but product is looking like of Rs150.
Kindly refund my money through PayTm as soon as possible.

It's a total fraud.. I ordered 2 sarees and the order I received is wrong one that too with third class quality.. Which I would never buy even if I get them for free.

U have delivered the wrong saree. Plz change it. I have ordered the cream&orange banarasi saree but received the wrong & very poor quality saree so change it immediately.
This is a fraud company. They will show one product and sell it another. when you ask for refund they will ask your google pay account and they will insist to follow some instruction then they will take your money from you google pay linked account.
Please never do any transaction with them.
