Want to return this packet n refund my money bcoz its totally different wchih I ordered , I ordered silk green color saree but it was mustered yellow color Georgette saree....seems like very cheap in quality.....

Saree damage and my product is changed given me refund
I ordered one saree but they delivered wrong product
Placed order for green color sarri with less work, received pink sarri with embroidery.
Quality is also low.
I want to return it.

I had booked an item woven art silk jacquard saree in light green vide order ID 15641 dated 19th Nov'19. Item delivered to me on 27th Nov'19. Item inside packet is different variety and different colour as labeled on packet. There is no any help number to contact them except email: help.fashionbip@gmail.com . We have sent email to them but no any response received from their side. I have also written to "Courier Agency Xpressbees Surface" not to make my payment Rs.681/- paid in Cash to "fashionbip" before delivery of actual item as labeled on packet. But no response received from Courier Agency also. Item delivered to me vide Courier agency AWB 141123191722590. I hope my problems will be sorted out on this plateform.... With most sorrowful I am very disappointed to you. The reason of disappointing is the delivery as per not my order.
It is totally different from order or catalogue which you had shown in your advertisement in reference of colour, quality and other aspects also. So kindly exchange the delivery as soon as possible with the advertises dress or kindly return my money including delivery charges. Otherwise I have to go with legal activity.
