I have invested in Qshop in 2012 rs 850000 for six years but before my maturity in 2016 they forced me to convert all my money to Humara india credit cooprative society before my maturity .i have no other option niether getting any payment i agreed for conversion because the company wiil give me extra 3 percent gratitude on my investment which can be redeemed on maturity but my all bond ar matured on dec 2021. I have fillup demand form to claim my money this society an visited several time to our local frenchise office regarding payment but til yet now no payment has been made i have complained to crcs newdelhi but no reply till naw so i request u solve this matter as early as possible i am in financial crisis now

My name is Irshad Imam and I am writing on behalf of my younger brother Asif Imam.
1. That My Brother Mr. Asif Imam, Resident of Rajapur, Mainpura, Gate No- 35, Near Masjid, Patna, Bihar, Pin Code- 800001, had invested in Sahara India Pariwar Scheme Name (Advance for Q Shop Goods (Exist) Plan H ) Rs 11,300 (Eleven Thousand Three Hundred ) dated 17.05.2012 against the receipt No 71014654581 and Rs 11,300 (Eleven Thousand Three Hundred ) dated 17.05.2012 against the receipt No 71014654722. A total sum equals to Rs 22600/- (Twenty two thousand six hundred ) of both the investment.
2. That the maturity date of both the investment was on 31.07.2018, but when the complainant asked Sahara India Pariwar to pay the total maturity amount, Sahara India Pariwar said to reinvest or fix the total maturity amount for another 2 Years as this is the rule before withdrawal of the total amount.
3. The Sahara India Pariwar reinvested or fixed the total amount with interest into a new scheme Golden 24 (HICCSL), Certificate No 438001087373, Membership No 657388000107, Account No 57387400377, Receipt No 665026985804 and Golden 24
(HICCSL), Certificate No 438001087374, Membership No 657388000107, Account No 57387400378, Receipt No 665026985805 dated 31.07.2018 for a period of 2 year.
4. That after the maturity date went to the Sahara India Branch and Regional offices to withdraw the total maturity amount against the total investment done which was approx 73000/- (Seventy three thousand) as told by the Sahara India Branch office Buddha Colony they refused and refused to pay the amount.
5. That I visited the Sahara India Branch and Regional offices to withdraw the total maturity amount many times but each time the respondent gave no reply or response. The respondent behavior seems that they are not in a mood to pay the total maturity amount to the Complainant.

That Please
i. Direct the Respondents to duly look into this matter with foremost importance to take necessary steps to render the proper service to the complainant . Respondents had not paid the maturity amount of any of the mentioned investments which is about Rs 73000/- (Seventy three thousand) in total.
ii. Direct the Respondents to provide and pay the total maturity amount of all the mentioned investment .
iii. Direct the Respondents to pay all the other expenses that are being made to withdraw the maturity amount like travelling charge, advocate fees, and all the such other expenses along with Rs 10000/- (Ten thousand) extra as a compensation to the Complainant for the deficiency and delay in service and mental harassment and agony.
iv. Direct the Respondents to pay the costs of litigation;
I request with folded hands from all of you to resolve my issue. If Sahara India Pariwar still fails to resolve my issue the last thing that I will do is, I will write to our Honourable Prime Minister about the problem that I am facing from last so many years.

To get this amount I visited to "Humara India Credit " office a lot of time, but from there I haven't got any valuable response,they just ignoring my query. It's an earnest request with consumer grievance team to please look into this matter and help me to get this amount as soon as possible, so my daughter can get effective treatment on time. My GOLDEN 24 scheme under this society matured in April 2021, the amount is not yet received by me. The agent has taken certificate for withdrawal sine june 2021 and is saying ot will take 2 years or more to get my money back.
The death claim of Lt. Mrs. Sushma Gupta is being claimed by the nominee after her death but the same has not been processed even after 6 months. Such kind of fraud is not at all accepted by the grief stricken family members
I would like to cancel my membership from the society. I am not interested with your services. This is a request to you that we should get our full money because when we have not visited the property then what will we pay for what I want my full amount. We had already told your manager that we had been asked to that you can take your money whenever you want earlier but only not giving anything now. So we could not visit like this, we had clearly told your manager , we are not visiting the property, please confirm our cancellation. we did not have any other option from where we could cancel it.
