It's been one year since my maturity date and yet my Maturity amount is to deposited. I had deposited some amount on 26/09/2018 and my maturity date is 26/09/2020. I have been making rounds to your centre for a year now and I am mentally tired because of no response from your side. I really need the money, both my parents have passed away due to the corona virus.......and I have my sister's marriage to plan ahead of me. I am completely broke right now and I need the money urgently for the marriage.

I have 3 accounts in the name of my wife and my two sons under the “ Golden A Double -64 ( HICCSL) and total money deposited was Rs.3500000 with contributions of TS.1200000,Rs.1200000 and Rs.1100000 respectively from each three.
Certificate descriptions are as follows
1. Pratima Singh certificate no. 465002131798 and 465002131801 amount Rs.600000 in each.
2. Animesh Kumar Certificate no.46500213179 and 465002131799 amount Rs.600000 in each
3.Sushant Kumar Singh Certificate no.465002131802 and 465002131797 amount Rs.600000 and Rs.500000 in each.
The date of maturity is on 30th October 2021.
Today when I contacted my agent he kept on saying that company is deferring payment by 3 months without any substantial logic.
I have planned to provide quality education to my son for doing MBA and hence huge amount of money required for the admission and other requirements.
I sincerely request your goodness for advising the company for payment of my maturity amount on time or else it will dent my confidence and trust to this company and will severely damage me financially.

I had deposited a sum of money to HUMARA INDIA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED ON 13/10/2018. The maturity date was due on 13/10/2020. I have visited their office several times, contact person Mr. Ravi Shankar, Manager at their office address Mangal Jyoti 101, 227/2 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700020. This person has been causing harassment for me. Every time I have visited him he has been pushing the date for withdrawal. For the last 8 months his phone (Mob No - 9875499177) has been unreachable and the office is closed for customer enquiry. Thus I am lodging this complaint for strict and immediate action against this company.
