I ordered a kurti from the website on the 14th of Aug2019 and received a confirmation email and Text that the product will be deliver with in 11-12 days . However since then there has been no contact or status update. Also the phone number that given on site is continuously going switched off and email that is shown on site wrong also.

This is such a fraud company at very low prices they sell their products and tell the delivery time as 13-14 days so that the customer forgets about it and they never deliver . Its been so long that we have ordered but still nothing literally nothing has been sent to us. I suggested this site for jumpsuits to many office colleagues and they ordered too but nobody received the delivery. in simple words it is a FRAUD company.

But till today I haven't received my parcel. So called up their customer care executive. He was asking me for my card details for refund but when I refused to give the details he started using all kind of abused language. Plz get my amount refunded and that executive punished

I Ordered Rs.1564 worth of clothes from the smart fashion girl website which I found in an advertisement on Facebook. The order was supposed to be delivered by 25th of August but it didn't. The payment mode didnot have COD option hence I had to make it online. Now I am not able to contact them as their no.is switched off and website has been shut off.
Please Take action against such fraud online sites.

I ordered a jumpsuit and made the payment online as there was no other option. It has been more than a month now and I have no clue of where my order is. The provided contact numbers didn't work for days and today when it finally rang, they might have either hung up or blocked my number. Also on reviewing their product on their website/page, my account was blocked and, voila! I can't reach the page anymore. And when I searched for pages to complain, I saw this one and damn I'm hurt :3
Wish the people behind this were found and asked about how big they earned :3

I have order a blue denim dress on 7th august and pay threw my account.order was placed and i was informed that the parcel will deliver till 22nd august. Next day i receive the call to confirm the order. I confirmed it call. In next few days I call again to that number and asked the any msg or mail for confirmation or payment regarding orfer placed they and me that they will send the msg abput payment received and orfer placing but ofcource they didnt.

I have ordered a dress from smartfashiongirl.com on august 07, 2019. I paid through online since there is no cash on delivery option. I was given a delivery date as 25th August, 2019. But there is no tracking of shipment. We called to the given contact number and it's always in switchef off. Now I got a new customer care number (6206436149). I called this number they're saying that order has been cancelled and asking for google pay number. I told my google pay number and again they're sending some message to my Google pay number and asking me to forward that message to some other number. I did that for more than ten times since morning still I didn't receive my money yet. If I ask them "why should I forward such message", they're disconnecting the call. Please take any action on them immediately and get my money refunded asap.
