I have placed the order around 3rd august2018 but still did not received the product when called regarding to know the delay they said due to technical issue order got cancelled and i did not get any mail regarding it. When i pushed for refund they are asking card details, upi pin and account number. When i asked for refund these things are not required person on the line got irritated and disconnected the line

I had ordered for a top 3 weeks back and got a confirmation call that it will be delivered on 25 Aug 2019. Till now there is no sign of delivery, and the number is switched off. This fellow is still having a website and not sure how many people are getting ripped off like this. I am going to file a case in consumer court for his robbery and fraud posing as an online merchandise forum.
I ordererd a jumpsuit and Saree from Smart fashion girl website on 08.08.19 with order no. #38931 and received a message and call confirmation that it will get delivered by 25.08.19, i asked them why so late, they said, "madam, it takes time".
today is 26.08.19 and till now i did not received my order.
I hope i will get it and if not i will file a compliant under consumer forum.
Suppliers stop robbing people because they just blindly trust you.
i had ordered a jumpsuit on 4th aug and it was said that the product wud be delivered by 12 or 13 days. bt since then there is no trace reg d delivery of the product. the consumer no provided by them also seems to b fake. bt guys i had got one no frm d internet 6203816154 , they are receiving the calls and promising to refund.. i m nt sure abt the authenticity of the no. they are telling me that they ll refund the money through google pay bt harassing by asking me to go thru various procedures. guys this no might help u.. spam this no as much as possible

Came across the site *smartfashiongirl* on instagram.
Clothing items were on sale. So we ordered the clothing items on 28july 3:35 PM with the billing amount of ₹3739
And recieved a confirmation message for the same
Our order no. Was #11383 and it was said that we will recieve the items within 12-13 days.
Later on that day a call came from the same company telling us the delivery date is set to 16 august.
But we didnt recieve any of the item
And we tried to reach them through mail and phone call.
Their site is now not working and the no. Given for helpdesk is switched off.
They didnt even respond to the email.

As we now think it is a fraud site. Because we are not getting any follow up and the order is not yet delivered neither we are able to contact them over the call
