i was booked shirt on 12--01-2020 in the pocket,com and deducted money but still i am not get my product and i was sent mails not respond .

no information about the order no 1590220 which i ordered on 10.01.20 and it was mentioned that it would ebe delivered in 7 to 14 working days, and its been 17 days now and there is no responce , also the number mentioned on the website is all fake and my amout has also been deducted

We order a product at the pocket but that will not reach us.as per the company rules the product will be delivered from 7 to 14 days.but now 12 days left the product will not delivered.take a action on it.

I made an order on www.thepoket.com on 5th Jan 2020, My order number is 1452898.
And an amount of Rs. 399 deducted from my account but after 15 days, no any delivery made by company.
Moreover the mail id provided at company's site is also a wrong id. I e-mailed 2 times for the delivery but each time a gmail message came that the message could not be sent.

I have ordered on 07/01/2020 but company not delivered to my order no. 1508852.
I have check all the details of company, company's all mail are fake. I have sent mail to all relevant but all mails are failed. Also company headquarter situated in South Africa it is fraud.
