E commerse site which is not delivering the product after payment of the money through net banking and they are not providing any contact no or customer service representative to contact with them it should not be on digital platform which may bring bad impression on customers

mr. saleem malik who is a delievery boy from book my pocket company mo.no.8750948317 did not inform me before coming and when he called i were busy that time and when i called him he deney to come again and starting misbehave with me and he did not come again. i want to complaint against him right now other wise i will close my account immediataly this is very bad experience for me i m totally disappoint from your side. your service is very bad. no one come without information atleast one message come
