First two days I track my order after 2 days I can't track my order and also can't login in website & debited my money through SBI debit card pls respond or refund the amount
My order not received till date.

My order no 1196892 ywo Hoodie's at INR 399 . which i ordered on 11/10/2019 only first two days after order i can track my order, but after 2 day's i can't log in to my account and also i can't track my order. At the time of payment i paid through Paytm there is only one option are there for payment, so i payed. After payment it shows one name #KrishnaEnter, i dont know who is he, but payment is received that person not The Poket Company. I have all the proofs, i tried to call The Poket Company but all contact Numbers are wrong, i send them 3 emails but no response from them.
I try many times to contact The Poket but i can't it totally worthless or hopeless .
I hope that Paytm will help me, but they are same like the The Poket Company.

Everyone please look at the below mentioned three mobile numbers and should be complained these three numbers 1) 6291925919, 2)8838442523 & 3) 6289260058 these persons are really very non-sense idiots behavior less misuse persons. you people do not give your any paytm Gpay and any other id details. they are just hacking the customers accounts through this id's and taking the money respectively their accounts.
so people i have also ordered my hoodies but till not getting any product and amount. i think this is the poket.com site the total fake one.
If anyone is reading my above message so first please complain the police the above mentioned three mobile number. please please do this first process.

Guys I called to customer care those guys don’t know to speak in English. Still I managed to speak they will atell your order has been cancelled will refund immediately they will send you 3 text messages with contains some links they will tell you to forward those text to another number they will ask for your UPI number I’m aware of those cheats and I moved it so please guys be careful those guys are fraud they will ask for your details pls be aware pls be safe
