The product is not delivered yet and no tracking facilities etc are provided. The contact no. Is even ambiguous.
Such an act from an online platform having a huge consumer base is not acceptable. Do deliver the product as soon as possible and do reply to the given mail as well.
Kindly adhere to it and take necessary actions or else we can further refer the matter as a complaint to the consumer dispute redressal forum.
