I would like to inform you that I had ordered a headphone order number is mentioned in the above subject which was said to be delivered on on 23rd December which has not been delivered yet.
Hence you are requested to look into it and please arrange to deliver the material as soon as possible.
I transferred Rs 11900 through internet banking from another person account on kncchain but not received in kncchain company or not received in my wallet.i contact to kncchain company,but they told me amount not received.Rs 11900 debited from account on date 23/12/2021 and transaction completed successfully.Ref no is 1661012159IGAMRKHM.can I get refund my money or can be credit in kncchain wallet.please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Kncchain website login by my phone no is 9457004026 but amount was transferred from an other person account through internet banking.now please do some thing about it.

I called on 25-09-2021 at 6:45PM for delivery update however the agent was aggressive and abusive. Didnt ready to hear a single word and start abusing, I've the call recording for the same which I can share.
I want a strict action against that person who speaks his name in the recording. Else, I will escalate this case to higher authorities and will take legal action against the same.
