I received Sony power bank
I ordered 3 shirts according to their advertisement on cash on delivery.l received the same and gave the payment rs 1099. But the items are duplicate and poor , not same in the ordered items.l think they showed their daughter for marriage after fixation they showed their mother.

The product i received is not meeting the product description as mentioned in the website. Also i have emailed the mail id provided in the website many time. But it turned out that mail id is not in use.
Then when i checked out my oarcel, it carried a small notice. I mailed to the email mentioned in that. How many times i email them, i received the same computerized reply stating "we will get back to you in 7 to 10 buisness days"
I want immediate refund as i was deceived by zepwear by delivering a cheap watch. And when i called at customer care of zepwear, they assured within 24 hours my money will be transacted. But there's no sign of cash being transferred, nor the logistics came to pick up the product.in the name of flash sales, they are simply deceiving people by delivering fake products.
I have ordered prepaid orders from this company but they have deducted the amount and not sent the products yet. It is more than 3 months and their customer support number is also switched off plus they are not responding to mails.Please take strict action against them.
