Online retail company delivering completely something other than what they show in the pictures also their email for a return request is not working. Not willing to refund money
The product is a worst quality product not fits for even to clean the floor.

I have placed my order for JBL Boom Box 2. My order number is TDS22533. I have been delivered the wrong product and even when I opened the product it was damaged as was being already opened before packing and delivering. The product and the inside packing was not proper.
I am attaching the images of the product when it was opened by me. Even I tried a lot to reach your customer care number but it was busy and no any of the day may call was connected to it. Even I doubt weather the contact no. is proper or not.
