I had ordered one dress in October 2019 but it's more than one month I dint get my order and I had paid for that too....their customer care are not picking the calls too...this site is fraud...and we should raise a case against it

The Name of the company is online shopping with their Logo.And they are sold Combo pack of shirts.I was ordered him and they send me wrong product with different sizes.and did not reply when i was contacted him.

My complaint is against the Blue Star Ac company and Croma the third party seller. I purchased a 1.5 ton Bluestar Ac on occation of diwali specially on 26th oct 2019. The technician came to install my Ac on 29th oct 2019 and at the time of installation an problem was detected with the outdoor fan so the Ac was not working properly. They send a technician at my place ti click some pictures of the Product in next few days but as i was not available i myself whatsapp the product photos to one of the technician named Mohd imran who never visited again and not responded properly.
its 10th nov 2019 and no action has been taken so far i had requested them to get me the entire outdoor replaced as i have used the Ac once and its manufacturers fault.
I want this should be taken in action at the earliest.
or else the company should refund me all my amount and take back there Ac.

We purchased Carysil Chimney and burner both on 03/06/18 of amount Rs 23729 both from M/s. Furniture Gallery Address 1F/38 B.P opp Mata vaishno devi mandir N.I.T FARIDABAD H.R. 121001 but from that time burner was not working properly one time they change one hob out of 4 hob also I filed complaints so many times at outlet & also in the carysil company but they came after so many request. Now onwards again new hob was not even working and also it sounds differently when we use it which is very dangerous. Service is very poor and also company is not good Iwant to change my burner or return my money because this burner also create mishappening.

I have been using Zing dish connection from 5 years , from last 3 months I am not getting all the channels I am subscribed for due to the set top issue .
I have raised a complaint 2 months back regarding the same and the customer care has informed that they need to upgrade our set top box to get all the channels. Also they informed that this will be a FREE upgrade .
After I am contacting them for several times for the same issue the issue is not yet resolved. for the last 2 months I am paying money but I am unable to watch any channels what I wish to watch.
Zing company and the technicians playing irresponsible and I am not getting any justice on the same.
Either I need complete refund so that I can switch my connection to different service provider or they have to give me free service till they resolve the issue

First of all they gave me wrong information about policy and the way it will be given to me even after 40-50days of purchase policy bond is traceless as they say they have dispatched and India post says they haven't got shipment , finally I cancelled my policy on 24th of October and got message that I will get my money within 7 working days but I didn't get my money till today when I call them they always say more time needed recently when I called them they say wait till 15th of November. They don't care about the value of others time and money so kindly do something.
