ordered a sarree seeing the advertisement for silk saree and ended up recieving a cheap low priced low class saree
I had placed an order on 30th Sept 2019... from womenclothestudio.com.. I received a message that the Product will be delivered within 15 days. Post that I tried calling them, and may be was able to reach them on 8617820661. The guy on the phone said that my order is cancelled even though I did not cancel it. And he said that he will refund the amount to me. Things I found suspicious were:
1. He asked me the total amount that had to be refunded. (He had no idea about it)
2. He asked gave me a link and asked me to forward it to a particular number.
3. He then asked me to add the last four digits of my bank account number and the UPI ID and to give him the total number as he was transferring the money through Google pay.
All.these years of online shopping, I have never come across of such a process of refund.

Last time i order 3 set of 2 pack kurtis but i got another parcel inside saree in merroon colour i already paid to delivery boy amount of rs 1288
Zipker.com is the fraud site looks like. Ordered 2 kurti sets on their site made the payment.
Later cancelled my order due to some reason.
The customer care number given does not exist. Their site creates ticket number for the mail written but no action is taken after that.
Since 4th October I am following up with main customer care and with escalation team but no response at all.

i purchased a motherboard from amazon on 12-10-2019, order id 405-5690657-9593915

I want to complaint about the fraud bei g done by adda52.com. Sir I am playing poker on this site from few months as it says its a legal site and have a valid license. Sir I lost too many rupees on it. But sir one of my friend also playing on this app send me money through this app by loosing the game to me. But this app has taken my 6500 rs and saying that this is no legal and they had took money and not returning it I requested them 100s of times but they did not gave my money back. Sir I also searched that this app is making fool of people their is thousand of complaints about this app. They are doing fraud please stop this please. I have ordered 5 Hodies worth Rs 1,000 and paid amount online via PAYTM on 07-10-2019.
Order ID - 1089305. upto Yesterday the order tracking status is being shown as "ORDER IS UNDER PROCESSING" but from yesterday evening it is showing as "SORRY COULDN'T FOUND THE ORDER - PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE"
Kindly update me the status immediately. I have gone through other complaints in this portal. The customer care helplines are not working and my emails are not responded.
If I don't receive any response by the end of the day I will lodge the complaint in the consumer court and will not leave this matter easily.
