Sir,
Godrej Reflection had a litigation going on since April 2018. When we booked apartment in May 2018, the litigation 54/2018 in NGT was not disclosed to us. Neither the litigation is mentioned on RERA website or Godrej Properties website.
As of now the property stands cancel.
We need to cancel the agreement. Builder is denying any cancellation.
According to RERA, are there any guidelines to protect our rights. The sale agreement is not clear and does not have any cancel clause.

I have a Sunflame Innova Chimney 60 0 Auto. I bought it 2 months ago but I have a problem that the switch is not working. I called customer service, they said, "The problem will be solved but not respond sunflame service is not good, the company says the service will be good."

I had ordered for Car dent remover through online by making an online payment of Rs.1199. The order reference is WC388800. When the said item was delivered, I noticed the kit was not containing all the items mentioned on the package. The Bridge does not have pad on one side.
As I have already made online payment, requested for replacement of the said item.
Also please be informed that the packing is very bad.

On September 05 2020, Air India cancelled the flight, so we cancelled the trip and requested for refund, we are not a regular flyers to use open tickets, due to medical emergency booked the tickets.
Kindly arrange the refund. Or we forced to take legal action.
