I have purchased washing machine from Flipkart of Sansui brand before 4 months ago know washing machine is not working and when I purchased washing machine that time Flipkart has given me protection plan and Flipkart charge extra money for that which I have already paid
Know since from two months Iam daily called to Flipkart customer service but they are not giving any type of response they never giving me service or refund or replaced Iam totally harresed with Flipkart

Sir,

Sub: Complaints for not receiving bill and not convincing the parts replaced after service.

Ref: Service of my scooter Honda Activa on 5 th October, 2020

I am Dr C. M. Joy, a retired Professor.

I have given my scooter ( KL-07, BQ 2489) for service at Aryabhangy motors service centre, near Private Bus Stand, Aluva, Kerala, India on 5th October, 2020. The complaint registered was petrol leak from the carborator.

After the repair they charged Rs. 1010/- without giving me any bill and they have never convinced me by showing any of the replaced machine parts. I asked the bill then cashier told some lame excuses.

I have not received the bill till 6.30 pm today.

I heard that this service centre is unpopular for collecting hidden charges and unnecessary charges ( for replacing unnecessary parts ) from the clients.

My humble request is to give me a bill for the amount I paid and please convince me by showing the parts replaced from my vehicle.

I got a call from nvp technology demanding for money I have to pay they have send legal notice to me in my mail that is not valid they call me every next day and argue with me to pay the money or else they will take legal actions against me .plzz help to solve this problem.

The 4g data speed is my area or almost in my town is very poor. I expected good data speed for Airtel since the existing tower is nearly only few meters away from my place. But its utterly disappointing how data speed is very slow. I didn't see the point in providing 4g data in such speed and low service, it's just a waste of money recharging for 4 data in hope of speed. Truly disappointed with this Network.
