I ordered one and I got a confirmation messsage but after that there is no communication from their side despite repeated emails and no responds about product dispatch. of August 2020. They told e to deliver this item till 17th of Aug. but still not recieved..

I brought new Tvs jupiter basic model from stallianz TVS, chandkheda Ahmedabd.
Its original cost along with standard accessories was 81660/-(including 500 HPA for finance)
I paid 20500/- as down payment .
Hence, remaining to pay is 61160/-(81660-20500=61160)
So total loan amount should be 61160/-
Instead of this amount, Your TVS credit executive has done loan of 64900/- whithout out knowledge.
So, total 3470/- rs loan amount has been exceeded than the original loan value.
Please note processing fee is mentioned 0 .
Kindly solve this and refund me additional amount.

I am a regular customer of your website and I often do online shopping through you.
My complaint is regarding a set of windows and door curtains that was delivered to my sister's address on Sunday, 09 August. Actually I had booked 2 sets of window curtains & one set of door curtains with order number 0073295132.
Due to sheer negligence at your end I received only one door curtain instead of 2. So, I placed a request for return of only the door curtains and later got a refund for the return but my sister who lives at a different address by mistake returned all the window curtains as well along with the missing door curtain.
Kindly deliver those returned window curtains for which I have already made the payment or refund my entire amount of window curtains to my bank account or add money to my LR credit.
I am unable to contact the customer care due to technical issues at your end.
I am highly dissatisfied with your services.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

The oweneer of Radha Vally. has sent a bill of 1230 unit costing to Rs. 10,000/- The money was charged for which no receipt has been issued from the owener Mr. Ram Agarwal so far. A number of time contact has made with him but no response has been given so far. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund the electricity charges as forcefully taken by the owner of Radha Vally. A early action and refund of charges will be highly appreciated.
