first they provide offer for free charge of six month.for connection 2600 rs paid.after i had changed my pack as south pack at rs.250 per month.on 13th i had paid 250rs and changed.but still i am receiving msg as my account going to expire on 24.08.2020.i had changed south pack at rs.250 per month pls solve this issue.i want to return my firestik also.send anyone to collect it.thank you.

I had ordered a dress online from Nykaa . The size I ordered was extra small but what I received is extra large. After taking to the customer care I got to know that they are not accepting any return and they denied to do anything about this issue .
Since I paid for extra small sized dress and received extra large which is the mistake of Nykaa and not mine so why am I suffering the loss.
I want either the correct size dress or my money back.

There is no reply from their side and are not willing to refund...

I ORDERED M5 BAND M3 BAND IS DELIVERED. IWANT TO REPLACE IT

NAPTOL Order No 68318041 purchased 2 nos copper pot. Delivered on 22nd July. On opening one packet found that the lid of the pot is not of proper size and it does not fit. Realizing the ineffectiveness of the usage I wanted to refund the pots. Tried to call up but could connect for lodging complains. However on 17th Aug I some how managed to connect and lodge my complain . But receptionist lodged to complain against an earlier placed order which was not delivered even. To day I got from naptol 9136457997 stating that my complain was not placed properly and as the order nos are not matching the complain cannot be entertained. But my question is how they register a complain on a order which was not delivered and the mix up caused by the call attendant. Why cannot the purchase be returned the material being substandard as felt by the buyer. In your demo the lid thing was not explained or it did not matter. I would like to know how this substandard designed copper pot cab be returned which has been hyped much in your TV demo. Both the pot not being used and packing of one has not opened realising the merit of the product. I will still urge to take return of the purchase in true spirit of business ethics. Hope I will be obliged.

I have ordered a saree from vishtare which is marketing in Facebook. The order is placed with full payment to vishtare couple of weeks back and also got order confirmation email from vishtare which I am attaching to this complaint. Fowlowed up with vishtare on ther mentioned email id on thier website but no response from them. This seems to be online scam.

It's a fraud company, I will tell you my personal experience happened today. Two weeks back I ordered an item (#210231).
Its didn't delivered so I contacted customer care. Vediksaree +91 70617 00027 sunilraj to cancel the item, he checked all details and asked me to wait till he send one verification code to my phone number. Then I doubted if it's a verification code or opt that we not supposed to share. I told him I cannot share this code, but he was telling this is the only way he can do a refund. Unfortunately I shared the code later he asked me to send a transaction message to some other number. I found something fishy and checked the given number, it was upi number, luckily I didn't send that messag to the given upi number. If at all I sent all my money linked to googlepay might have gone. So don't trust this organisation.since I shared the code I had to block my account.

I have receive a call from data entry form job. They tell me if i join there company they pay me 24000/- You have to fill 800 form in 8 days. I made a phone login which they didn't told that this could block the id. Then they told to pay the amount, i dont responded to them then they revive a mail which was form ravi adalat road, samadhan colony, konkanwadi, aurangabad maharashtra 431008 for court case. Then i was scared and paid 6900 to them which they told as a refundable amount, after that they are urging for more money and threatening about the police case. I want help to come out from this trap.
