No electricity in the building. One phase had gone yesterday and now the remaining 2 phases also have gone with the result that the entire building has no electricity causing tremendous hardship. Applied for the Work from Home job on Quickr on 25July 2020, got a call from company name FormFilling from no. 6376751483.
The lady on call offered the job of filling 1000 forms in 10 days and in return I will be entitled to 20,000rs if I complete the work in 10 days with 90% accuracy.
Once work completed I will receive QC report of my work in 2-3 working days and then I can apply for payment.
Plus, in payment I will receive 14400rs only as they will cut off the 5500rs as Registration amount.
I agreed, and completed the work on 4th August 2020. Received my QC on 6th August 2020 stating "Sorry your QC has failed".
I checked, out of 1000 forms the have marked errors on 160 form and out of those 160 in 95 forms error was marked for applying double spaces between the words. I cross checked that with final PDF that was generated on completion of the work. And there no double spaces was showing between the words in any of the form.
Hence, generated a detailed excel sheet report about the incorrect errors marked, sent it to the FormFilling helpline email ID i.e.helpline.formfilling@gmail.com, and asked them for re-evaluation of my work.
No response received from them.
Today, on 7 August 2020, I received a call from Advocate Karan Saxena from no. 9175551525.
He said that since I was unable to deliver the quality work as per agreement with the FormFilling, hence now I will have to make payment of Rs7510 (Rs5500 to the company and Rs2010 to get NOc from court). He also said that if I have want to get re-evaluation of the work then I will have to make payment of Rs12500 as formalities which I will get returned within 24hrs irrespective of the fact that whether rechecking comes in my favour or not.
Then he shared a QR code on my what's app from no. 7096123624 and asked me to make payment via Paytm. Once I make payment of Rs12500 he will send my file back to FormFilling to get rechecked.
Plus also threatened me that if don't pay any amount they will send a court notice to my home and legal charges will be applied on me.
Please help me here, I am an unemployed person, I can't pay such huge amounts to them.

I ordered two tee shirts from a website named as instylehere.com from facebook on 20th july 2020 with order number #10100 after that i even recieved a text message saying i will be updated with the tracking details soon once its shipped and the order is confirmed, i waited and even sent them mail and contacted them through messenger in facebook they said that i will be getting the products within a week, but later the site turned out to be fraud , please help me people like me are cheated everyday which is wrong.

I have placed an order for AirPods combo which is suppose to be a Sony AirPods combo and Bluetooth headset but I recieved a jbl wired headphone a duplicate one when I tried to return the product I tried sending mails and tried calling number it was off and no reply from email I want to return the product and want refund for the same . They have a return policy to return the product in 3 days they play very smartly they do not answe and reply and we can’t return the product as per policy
