Found a link on Facebook for cheapest rate of smart phone Galaxy @rate of 2999 at simplegadget.in. I am ordered this product and payment made by payu.in payment gateway.(payment I'd is 337775309 dated 18/7/2020) and received confirmation mail so and so. And simplegadget.in confirmed order no is#1004. I am writing mail many time but not reply.
From last 1 month the luminious counpany is failing to provide services to rectify our faulty inverter and battery . We have tried calling customer care they say thatengineers will come but no one is ready to attend the proble . On name of warrenty we are just left empty handed.
My inverter is under warranty and battery also.

I ordered A personalised photo frame from 'ferns and petals' (fnp). They delivered a completely broken, damaged and incredibly low quality product. My order costed 799 INR, after using a coupon code it was of 664 INR. I paid via debit card.
Now after too many emails and phone calls to them, on 25th july, they finally sent me a message in my phone number that they will refund me 664 rs. But still no refund money has come to my bank account and they are not picking up phone call and not even reply my emails. Kindly do the needful by calling them and make them refund my money. I donot need any further step, just do this. Thank you respected sir/madam.

I had taken cable connection from the Hathway network in the month of January in 2020 through a local distributor named Shashi dua(mob- 8368076097) in the Gurugram sector-11. I paid a security deposit for setup box some 1200-1300 rupees. He said to me that whenever I submit a setup box, he will give me 50% of the security deposit amount. I submitted him the setup box on 16th July 2020 and I moved to Bangalore permanently. I tried to contact him several times and asked for my refund. He has blocked my contact number and I am unable to contact him now.
I have contacted Hathway but they are saying that the deal was between me and distributor only.
I request you to please help me in getting my refund back and teach him the lesson so he will not repeat this in future with other customers.

I've taken subscription from this company 4 months ago to due to work from home, in the last 4 months the internet worked barely for 1 and a half month and they have caused me deduction of my 2.5 month salary and my promotion. I've tried to complain multiple times but they are doing nothing, every second day the internet stops and from last 2 weeks it's not working at all. Please look into this matter.
