I am buy a smart watch (Farnico G series Watach) see in tiktok aid. I place a order a watch worth price is 1099. One week after I get a parcal. Then I open the parcal I see a 20 rupee third class put in box and that make me fool. And phone no. Is also wrong.
Purchased Mobile SPERIA K5 ( 8GB RAM , 128 GB ROM, 64 MP CAMERA , 4000 MAH BATTERY from BOOKMYPHONE site online -Order details 2433265694 dated 2-Feb -2020 But BOOKMYPHONE sent some FAKE mobile which is not working.
I had purchased the same for my relative - And it is very embarrassing to have such kind of FAKE phone. If I don't get my money (Rs 4499/-)back in 4 days time on my mobile 9990035208 - ( I had paid money thr Pytm ) I will file a case in consumer court.

I ordered two sunglasses from silk and cotton worth $18.95 on 16/10/2019 and received a $3.5 keychain at the first week of January, and that too after the first shipment got stuck. I rec'd my order today and both packages have damage to the plastic trays one is the bottom & the other is the top. I can send pictures if you wish. However, it is not a folding shelf on wheels that was shown to have, I believe 4 or 5 shelves and to hold a lot of weight so was not at all what I expected. These are a stacking desk blue plastic cheap 3 tier tray thing. I'm not happy with this for the amount of money I paid for this toy. I just sent an email to them.

The combo shirt pack is not as per the brand and quality that you mension.
I purchased a fitkit sports treadmill from Amazon.in through online, the product got delivered within 2 days, but the product has not been installed as of date 07.02.2020. everytime the person from customer support assures the installation will be done within 24 hours but after that no action been taken. and due to this i have lost the return policy of the product.

We have ordered 2 silk sarees which according to the website photo shown were different from the product we received. ..
The photo shows a very beautiful silk saree but when delivered the same at my place it was entirely a different product like normal nylon saree.
The website is just misleading ppl & misusing their emotions .
If they do not have the product as per the shown snap they should not have posted such photos which is like misleading ppl with wrong information & playing with their emotions.which is not correct.
Now they are not even ready to accept their mistake and refund the amount.
please advise how to solve the issue.guide us properly.
