I have purchased one Santro Era Car from Surjeet hyundai. For submitting RTO they have created TR but there were some issue in this, so they have recreated it but as per RTO rules its delayed and RTO charged penalty around 5100 rs. When I have asked to the dealer to pay they have denied and said that customer need to pay this amount we are not bound to pay this penalty. When TR has been created by the company and delayed in, whole responsibility is to company not the customer. Now they are not responding properly even not picking my call. I have already registered my complaint to Hyundai and mailed them, but no solution provided till now.
Please help me out from this situation.
