They harassed me on phone saying abuses and were asking me to share atm card number with CVV number which I didn’t give for obvious reasons. They started speaking abusively When I said no and said do whatever you want

I have an open request for warranty service vide their reference number 8039257872. This ticket has been lodged for over 20 days now. The request is regarding a malfunctioning television and the remote for Samsung brand. Both a technician from Reliance (RESQ) as well as from Samsung had visited within the first 2 days or so, and confirmed they will repair. But since then there have been zero updates. And whenever I call them, they disconnect my call. They don’t even allow me to escalate within the team. I need service urgently.

I am tired of sending phographs of the meter - the last being on 15th July and repeated today to 9810268904. On 15th July my call to Customer care was attended by one Mr. ANIL, and today my call to Customer Care - no.1800-102-5!09, was attenef by one Madam Priyanka.
Mr. Anil told me on 15th July that your bills will come to in a week's time. Today, it is three weeks and there are nio bills received nor any intimation recived.
It is highly frustrating and shows how IGL is being maaged poorly.

Myself dharmendra velvan. I am account holder this credit card no. 4594 ### 8508 .yesterday (7-08-2020) at. 7.00 clck to 8.00 in evening .When I was busy at my work. I got the SMS alert on my mobile phone no. From Kotak Mahendra Bank that a telephone personal identification number (TPIN) has been issued for user of this card without even me requesting for it .
This shows that some unknown person or gang in an organized manner has stolen my personal data and amount (3800 ) .this has misused by fraudulent purpose
Hence I would request you to give serious attention on this serious issue and please help to get this amount back to my account.

And your service provided demonstration for use of Micro Oven but from inception of opening it has come to our notice that one wheel Of Roller Ring is not in proper manner i.e in band condition in bend and after use of 10 days another wheel has been separated from ring .
