If make a call received the respondent not hearing my voice and i cant hearing his voice frequently and also complained your customer care more then 5 times if this problem is not solved today it self i change the net to Airtel.
I have returned 2kurties due to they don't have replacement policy & today is 12th Aug still I'm following up for refund but now I'm damn sure they ll not refund as Everytime i called customer care they give me different excuses now they r asking for my bank statement to verify either I have received or not they can't check with thr bank why its not credited to my account....
