This company Micromax is the worst I know of. Called the service centre many , many times. They don't even have the courtesy to pick up the calls, leave alone answering it. I could not use my tv due to this , now several months. I don't really know if the owners of this company really care. I think this is a bogus company. We spent almost like 60k plus when we bought this tv. It went down the drain. Absolutely no service whatsoever . I have been doing negative advertisement for this Micromax to all my friends. Please don't ever get into thr trap of buying this tv. I am terribly upset.

A month ago Tata Sky person came and claimed that he fixed my antenna. Tata sky charged for some spare parts too. Again the antenna broke. Don't understand what I paid for? Feel cheated.
Please fix within this week. Please make sure the cost of repairment gets adjusted with the amount that I paid last time. Since it started giving problem within a month, the last time payment amount should be deducted from the cost that will occur this time.

Myself dharmendra velvan. I am a account holder of this credit card no. 4594####8508.on 7-08-2020 at 7o'clck to 8o'clck in evening. When I was busy at my work. I got the SMS alert on my mobile phone no. From Kodak Mahendra Bank that a personal identification number (TPIN) has been issued for user of this card without even me requesting for it. This shows that some unknown person or gang in an organized manner has stolen my personal data and amount (3800) . This has misused by fraudulent purpose.
Hence I would request you to give serious attention on this serious issue and please help to get this amount back to my account.
