I had placed an order looking at the ad on my Facebook that lead me to your website Music ERA. The order I received is very different and is wrong from the order I placed. I am attaching photos or the actual order placed and the order I received… It does not match at all. I am charged ?1599 for this and I feel cheated as they are promising something and delivering something different. I want my refund.
i ordered a combo(black-blue) ear buds rs.1599 bt they give me local headset. so i want to returned the product and want my full money refund .

I bought an air cooler from Big Bazaar shop in Noida. When I drove the cooler home, the water tank of the cooler was leaking. That leakage was already internal damage. And that may not be right either. I called Cooler's complaint by calling at the call center on 17 June 2020. Engineers came three times from kroyo. He confirmed that the cooler water tank will change. Cooler's report was sent forward. To the company
Since then, that complaint has not been closed yet.
If I asked for cooler replacement, they are not doing cooler replacement.
If I asked for a cooler refund, they are not even doing refunds.

I had ordered for medicines on27th June 2020 on line from their app and as per the bill I have made payment of Rs.1390 on line from ICICI Bank.The medicines are not supplied so far and my several mails are not replied.Whenever I called the customer service on several occations,they assure to send next day and it has never received.

I have to transfer my LPG gas connection from ahemedabad distric to porbandar distic-ranavav In gujarat.
But when i had talk to gas agency employee he said that you have to pay 4950rs for transfering gas connection. In which u will pay 3050diposit amount and 613x2 rs for fill up 2 cylinder bottel
And other charge will aplied for document.
But i have talk to costomer care and one excutive reply that only 59 rs extra charge will be charged for regulater and other for 613rs of filling per cylinder. So i have complain regarding gas angency ranavav - porbandar who were taking high amount.
With hope i will get positive reply from your side sir/mam.

I didn't like the quality of the product so i had returns the parcel...it had been picked up next day...
But i didn't get my refund..
I called lot of times.
Then i got sms that your request has been rejected as the quality is not up to mark...

Feb Month I got the bill for 830 rupees for 400 units and I paid on March 6. Again as per government announced to pay the same bill what we paid in February. But due to no salary I am not able to pay the bill even 830 rupees. May month the person came from Eb and calculated the Units form last reading, total units 1400 - Total amount 5320 Rs.
Last reading 16960, latest reading - 18360 = 1400 units. He calculated all the units from last reading, then why I want to pay the PMC charges 830 rupees, really we don't understand. Now my eb bill is 6352,

This is the complain regarding VIZ Technology I did the form filling work with great attention and i am sure that i was done almost correctly.. But after the final submission it shows that all the forms are wrongly filled and QC report is fail i am not eligible for payment.. This is utterly hell waste of time..they r not willing to pay dats the rsn behind dat now i realized.. I thought it was genuine but not, so dont believe them..hell waste of time..dont waste your time..surely fraud and now they are threatening me for panealty amount and court case and they will take legal action against me and my family they were doing mental harassment to us fraud and giving threatening calls and watsapp notices and through SMS also big fraud company i have ever seen.plz help me out for this threatening calls and msgs
