Recently I have performed an transaction with Amazon for 39908.29 on 11june2020 and placed request for no cost emi from merchant end and next day since the delivery is getting delayed I have cancelled the transaction and I have also received an confirmation for the same
So I have performed another transaction on 13 june2020 for 31555.19 rs and placed request for no cost emi but fir my surprise instead of converting 31555 into an emi bank bas placed request to convert 39908 into 12 months emi
So unnecessarily I have been charged with an interest and service tax for more than 2000rs . When I called the customer sevice they are not even bother to acknowledge it. Kindly look into this and help me

Have placed about 9/10 orders during the last about six weeks. Oder sullied on 29/06/2020 was very defective as below
Cucumber French @ Rs. 40.00 were paid for.but ones supplied were very poor quality local perhaps priced at Rs.?18.00 per Kilo
Pears @Rs.49.00 per Kg.ordered. Quality received extremely poor.Pears could not be cut with knife easily.

My name was erroneously missed from digital entry in bank records, however it's available in the hard copy records of the bank. After my mother late nasim ara begam death I got this account transferred from shamsabad district farrukhabad branch of Punjab national bank to gautam budhha marg Lucknow branch of Punjab national bank. shamsabad branch of punjab national bank transferred digital records only where my name was erroneously left out due to feeding error of shamsabad branch who have not transferred the hard copy records of bank where my name is very much there
Inspite of many reminders the shamsabad branch has not yet transferred hard copy records to gautam buddha Lucknow branch of Punjab national bank
Kindly look into the matter and do need full so that my name should be included in digital records of bank also
