bought a Babyhug bottle sterilizer in March. It is not working properly now. I raised a complaint, but there is no response from your side.
Already I faced the same issue with Babyhug automatic cradle – it took 3 to 4 months to repair.
I can't go through the same delay again. Please arrange immediate repair service for this product.
If not, I will be forced to file a police complaint and escalate this legally.

I had purchased Babyhug 6 in 1 Steam Sterilizer Cum Warmer on dated 1st May 2022, thru firstcry online store, now it's not working properly, water is leakage on a bottom part. so please resolve this, as soon as possible my contact number is 9999221985
Yesterday I purchased one silicon teething mitten pair from my nearest babyhug Store. I asked about another one then the shopkeeper told me that it's one for 475 but before that I hv already made payment so I did not say anything and leave the shop yet I feel very costly. But Today I check it online and come to know that actually 2 pc of mittens are available at the same price .
Only three day use of product...

My son had received birthday gift from his grand mother a tricycle from Babyhug Shyam Nagar Jaipur on April 18, 2022. After birthday my son went to his grand mother home for holidays where we came across that his grand father had kidney cancer and still he is on treatment due to which we were not able to install the tricycle. For installation of same at Babyhug Shop we came across that that the pedal of tricycle is not attaching and part of same had been received broken. On request for change of same the office staff had refused to replace the same and deny for any help. We request you to kindly look into matter and arrange to get tricycle replace or it’s parts replaced in order get the tricycle in working.
I visited to Babyhug store which is in Mahavir enclave, Delhi . I bought a sandals for my baby . The quality of the sandals were good . In just 3-4 months it got damaged.
Another issue which I have is on price tag whatever price is mentioned is including all taxes. Then while purchasing again we are charged taxes separately. I bought shoes for my baby . Cost was Rs699. But while billing we were charged Rs723. This is so insane.
I buyed feeding pillow in firstcry mysuru Shop ... Within 10days pillow spong compressed...my baby weight is 2.7 ..low quality sponge is used .
Today I vist baby hub, I want to buy some clothes for my baby but your staff is so rude,I have seen comb of 5 T-shirt but 2 T-shirt are same I told your staff give me different T-shirt but your staff says me if you want to buy other wise leave it.

I had received 2 discount coupons of 500rs for shopping done on 23rd Oct 2022. I went to exchange one of the shirts purchased and for new shopping to utilise coupon but was informed that now the coupon is not valid. We were not informed about the fact that coupons will be invalid if earlier products were exchanged. This is unacceptable. Would request to validate the 1000rs coupon for further shopping.
I have purchased lahenga choli which is cost 3299rs but as checked the firstcry on line same product found with offer 1846 rs only.
And we did not received any diwali offer.
We use babyhug diapers since one year...but this time we felt bad with this product... because my child was suffering from daiper dermatitis... it's quality is not gud and with in a short time it's getting filled ..let me know how will you resolve this issue..

I have purchased a steal sipper bottle for my 15 months baby in the month of September 2022 and not even 1 month has passed it's cap is not getting fixed once it has fallen. It is a child product, children usually through things so the steal sipper bottle should not be made in such a way that it's cap stop working.
Kindly give some solution to repair that cap or tell whether it can be replaced.
I need a person to assemble the babyhug stroller.

Hello sir , meri ye complaint hai ki maine first cry 17 August ko order kia tha baby hug advance pant style diapers 56 ke 2 pack isme jab use kar rahe hai toh adhiktam diapers kharab aaye unka stuff bilkul bhi thik nahi bus yehi hi kehna hai ki main har baar baby hug ke diaper leta first cry se aur iss baar saare diaper kharab aaye hai aaj ke baad main kabhi order nahi karunga baby hug ke diapers kyunki main janta hu ki diapers change nahi karoge khula wa toh thik hai dhayewaad
The 2 bars connecting the position setting handle are not working because the plastic part which fix the bars is broken
I purchased a babyhug car from first cry in June this year only, after using it for 1 month only it's battery is not working
It gets low after 2 minutes only even when charged Full

I bought stainless 5 pieces dining set and its not a week that I’m using it but the glass got stain and it’s so risky for babies… I’m really disappointed with babyhug products I have its so many products and I’m doubting on them now. I want to return it.
I did shopping from Babyhug store Vadodara Manjalpur thinking that there won't be any difference in online or live thing available at store even in price but later on when I checked the same product I bought from store is available online on Firstcry. Then I found myself cheated as there was huge difference in price for the same product and brand like Babyhug.
I need an explanation for this difference from Babyhug.
Hi i purchased baby hug joy bundle 4in1 baby carrier from one of the babyhug store. I'm not able to use it so we went for exchanging product. Store people said it is not exchangeable. I checked with them while purchasing whether we can exchange they said yes and now they are saying we can't take it.
Visited Babyhug store on 15th Aug at Pimple Nilakh, as we stepped inside the showroom the sales people took us to the Mose expensive area of clothes. As the required sizes were not available I went to the other area where I found the better clothes at cheper rate.
As it was 15th Aug each and every other store had offers wherein Babyhug didn't even gave 1% discount. Even after purchasing some clothes they directly charged 14rs for carrybag that too there brand printed carrybag which wasn't informed.
Next day when my husband visited the store and told them about the carrybag, staff directly handed over 20rs rudely.
This kind of service wasn't expected from such a brand.
This was my first and the last time visit to the store.
Wouldn't recommend ever to anyone.

The knob of my sterilizer is not working due to which the water get dries up and the plate is getting damaged
I have order Babyhug Cocoon Stroller with Mosquito Net and Reversible Handle (Blue) which has order id 18500418QJN47B7B64 for 3267.28 rupees. This item is not working properly since day 1.. I am having many problems to ise this product. Like- once it close, it won’t be open and once it opened then not able to close. It tough to adjust or use this. Alignment problems are there as well.
I have raise complaints to FirstCry.com but they are saying the time is out so that they can not raise and help. Now I want replacement or refund. Babyhug products are always headaches for us.

I have received defective diapers / no strichching one side.. total pack has same issue.

i ordered babyhug diaper of 76 pack. After using half of it the diaper is seems to be leaking when i checked there is no crisscross area and is only consist of some cotton, because of this the diaper is getting leaked when ever baby pees.

As I am Ritesh Garg and purchase a Large Packet of Baby Hug Diaper as order placed as on 16/06/2022 : 2.22 pm.for a pack of 168 piece.
As the said diaper was order for our little baby- Mitansh he is 4months old.
And when we are using the said diaper. It was having leakage and not able to sock the soo for 1-2 times, Means when our baby get soo it was immediately with a fractions of time they get wet.
And It was mentioned on the said diaper that- it was having capacity of 12 hr dryness.
Its being seriously disappointing from the company. beacuze due to such default committments our baby sleep / happiness is being suffered. Even tho small middle class person savings is also being important .. Why they get suffer from company inability of producing / trading such products.
