I bought a babyhug brand swing from frist cry shop around 20 thousand and hardly use 20 days obly or swing is break suddenly , we trust yr breand after that buy this but can't accespt this is not durable and one mistake in swing that is blead nead by less so this cut swing so please replce or refund mony bcz we are in loss

Not sure you will read this ..but I've ordered a diaper pack of 76 diaper from babyhug brand ..pant style diapers.
I'm very much concerned about its quality as "diaper is leaving small small jell like substance after each use" on baby's bum area. Although i have lost trust on babyhug diapers and going to discontinue use it now, it can be toxic for some babies ..just informing..hope production and quality team look into it on high priority

We had purchased electric swing 3 months ago however the locks to prepare the swing are broken and they are not getting auto lock which is really causing issue while carrying the swing to different location

I have purchased 6 in1 baby steriliser for 3995/- but the same product is available in firstcry.com for 2495/-only. I asked for discount as well while purchasing they convinced that MRP was final. I wondered by seeing the same product in online. I think retail stores are fake than online.

Ordered Kelly baby cot there , while ordering price said was 14000. Once they received tat product and called me the said price was 19995.
The same was 13500 in website and I ordered there.
Then they contacted from store and said the same product for 13250. So i cancelled the online one and got from there as i needed early.
And I got on Wednesday , three days over no one came for fixing .
When asked they are saying we have low man power will send.
What is the use in ordering in person.
If they would have informed prior i would have got from first cry website .

They are changing price for paper bag with their brand instills on them . When I told them that we are not allowed to pay for the bag through which your branding is being done they refused to give the paper bag and gave plastic instead and said if i don't pay for the bag then it would be cutted of from their salary.

Myself Nikhil Bhujbal owner of Nikhil Provision store, Ganesh nagar, Vadgaonsheri Pune Maharashtra India-411014 running Grocery and essential shop at mentioned address.my complaint is against K B ENTERPRISES Kharadi Pune Maharashtra who is distributor for supplying the babyhug diapers.he supplied me stock vide bill number -A000075 dated-11/05/2022 also provided the display stand.
I received the stock and display stand.i requested to stockist to send the person for installing or assembling display stand but after requesting 4-5 times till date stockist has not sent the person for the same.
Worst quality and leakage for 1 or 2 toilet. Very bad experience with babyhug daipers, i want my refund of daipers, ihad ordered 152 daipers pack.

I have been a regular customer of babyhug products specially diapers since my baby was born but it brings to my surprise that the quality of my recently ordered baby hug pant style diaper pack of small size from first cry .com doesnot match the one ordered on 3rd March and previous to that from first cry.com..
There is a huge difference in quality which can be felt just by touching the diaper.and also rest of the diapers there was signage of front side and in this the same is not available.
I thereby request you to please have a quality check of the batch and request you to provide me an exchange for the rest of my combo pack which is not yet opened ..
I only have the batch number of the recent diaper pack recieved which is FI c M2 as I have discarded the cover of previous diaper pack .
Looking forward for a positive response from your side.

We bought a Babyhug stroller around 5 months and were very happy with this product. However, now, once we fold it, we are not able to open it.
The product is in warranty period.

We are residents of Nashik and you have opened a new Babyhug outlet (we are mighty pleased with the new outlet) on college road , Nashik. Can we take it there and will they repair the stroller for us ?

Auto electronic cradle was taken in 2021 August which is in warranty i am been requesting for a replacement of a part since 4th Feb 2022 still there is no update....
3 months back I bought a baby hug pram from my nearest first cry Shop but the front wheels of this is not working well. Went to the Shop but they are saying we have speak to company.
Very dispointed because costomer care people are also not responding.
Do the needful at the earliest to resolve the issue
The product is not good .and assembly person had come but the product is not working in recline position its written that 3 in 1 but it's not working in recline position I want my refund back or change the item .I had pre order these item on 21st September 2021
And did not check because my baby came on 24th Decmeber and I had used these product now

I had bought Babyhug portable 2 in 1 electric and manual breast pump on 14th Nov 2021 from firstcry store in pune. Now it suddenly have stopped working. My baby is not latching onto the breast directly, so i have to pump and feed him.
Requesting you to look into this as soon as possible as this is the only way i can feed my baby. (Now using manual pump for expressing milk)
