I have ordered babyhug advanced pant style diapers 1 packs (76 diapers medium size) from first cry in order to give this brand a first time for product good reviews.But my experience is just worse.after 1 hour diaper leak and baby skin also rash.Never gonna purchase anything of this brand again.Don't play with baby's life babyhug...

I was buy a babyhug baby cloth in firstcry kaloor kerala at 24/12/21 it was damaged next day very poor product and waste of m momey.
I have ordered babyhug advanced pant style diapers 2 packs (64 diapers) each from first cry in order to give this brand a first try. But my experience is just worse. Never gonna purchase anything of this brand again.
I bought 2 Baby Hug soap last month. There was nothing wrong with the first soap and a scrub was found on it with the second soap.The scrub found on that soap caused wounds on my baby's body and I had to respond to this as soon as possible.
Baby walker got damaged within 10 days of buying the product. Baby seat cloth quality is very poor, within 10 days of using it got ripped off. The cloth is very poor that couldn't bear the weight of 8 month baby. Not worth 1900 rupees and the quality of the plastic is very poor and the wheels are coming out not fixed properly
Very useless diaper, my baby's health has deteriorated even for 10 minutes, this diaper has changed 2 times in 2 hours, what about a diaper that cannot last overnight, ordered for the first time and so bad 1 packet is used, one is left return

Babyhug daipers actually comes of two types...in which first one is the diaper written with FRONT on it is good but second the diaper which has written BACK on it is of worst quality..ot is leaking in jist two to three pees .. waste of money.please customers be very careful when you buy it..it is also not return able neither refundable.. so please go for some other trusted Brand ,..but not babyhug.

I purchased one dress from Baby Hug store Patel nagar on 31-10-2021 for his winter collection.
However, he just wore it for one time and we realised the piiling is coming off from the Woolen.
its a sad to know when u buy a Brand product and you find after wearing one time the pilling is come out.
I feel so bad and regret to purchase his dresses from the Brand.
i really need to change the same from the Company end.

From last couple of days we can see the water getting over in base during sterlisation and once the cycle is over we can smell like something is burnt. We can also hear noise of something getting burned inside the base. This is first time I have seen this issue. Baby bottles also having the same smell inside which is not good.

I have purchased babyhug diapers small size for my baby weighing 6 Kgs. The diaper leaks from upper band just after 2-3 pees. I have used other diapers they last for 10 to 12 hours without leakage but babyhug diaper leaks in just 2-3 hours that too when the diaper has not even filled after just 3 pee. 3/4th diaper is still dry and still the diaper leaks.

I have purchased sunglasses for my baby and by mistake I choose wrong size when I went to store for replacement, thay didn't even listen to me and not given desired service as expected from that kind of big brand.
Very disappointed from Babyhug store which is at New CG road, Ahmedabad.
I will not prefer to purchase anything from there and same forward to my friends to not even visit that store.
As the product I bought is no more in use for me and I am highly disappointed from the service of babyhug store.

I purchased babyhug pram in December 2019 from your store in Shipra Mall, Greater Noida.
The registered phone number is 9818046274 (Dr Nitin Sinha). The wheels of the pram is not functional even though I did not used it much because of the lockdown. I have a great faith in the brands seller at your store and a bit disappointed with the performance of the product.
Now the store number is not functional. Please help in the matter
