Yesterday I ordered a speria x2 phone order id2445781843.now I want to cancel it but the book my phone account and my order is not opening and I called the customer care but they don't respond. Please cancel my order today and refund within 24hours.

I buy a phone from book my phone. But the phone is miss matching and it is very low quality. So I want to return the phone into the company

I had ordered a phone from book my phone app it was showing on sell . A phone with so many advanced features like 126 Gb internal memory, 8 GB RAM ,64× 3× 1 megapixel triple back camera . 32 Megapixel selfie camera . 4200Mah battery. The product name was Speria K5 notch . But I got the phone which does not even support 4G sim card with no information with it. It does not have even a user manual attached with it .I got nothing but a dabba phone with it's charger. No return option. No customer care number . The number available on app is fake . You can't even complaint or find any way to get your money back

I received the phone just now & It was really a big shock as the phone was completely different than what below mentioned in website and this delivered phone is not working!!

I placed the order and the order placement message was received but without delivery date. I am shocked and rushed to contact bookmyphone.in customer care through direct voice call and email but I could not reach the person as it simply displayed ' call ended' and the mail was not sending to the particular email ID. A next day later I saw many negative reviews regarding the bookmyphone.in website. I feel sad of losing rs 4,449 which I have earned through a hard work. Hope I may be helped by you people. Please do me the favour.

Today on dated 11.03.2020 i have received courier from BOOKMYPHONE site , i had opened and found phone is different as demand by online,i made payment of Rs.4499.28 via payu transcation i have ordered speria K20 phone but i have reciecved a 4th class phone and able to start ,we try to call customer care but phone not pick and not recharable. i am request to you please raise an issuse and refund my payment. i have also choose the phone bill

I saw an advertisement regarding a smartphone that claimed that the smartphone had a 20 mp pop up camera and 6 GB ram named speria k20 and I got a phone that does not have any of these features this phone that you have delivered to me doesn't have any features that the website showed me it is very ordinary and I would really like it if you return me the money. My payment ID is 300348762 and my account number is 520101018232058 and IFS code number CORP0002071 and if you don't return my money within 7 days then i file a complaint against you in consumer court.
